為確保校園網路安全並落實指導責任，即日起本系學生申請 VPN 連網服務之流程調整如下，請務必配合辦理：
To ensure campus network security and clarify supervisory responsibilities, the endorsement procedure for student VPN applications has been updated as follows:

• 申請規範：學生於填具「VPN連網至學校網絡申請表」時，請務必先取得專題老師或指導教授之核准。
  Requirement: When completing the "VPN Connection Request Form," students must first obtain approval from their Project Supervisor or Thesis Advisor.

• 簽署方式：請教授於申請表單中「主管簽章」下方的空白處先行簽名。
  Signing Procedure: Please ask your supervisor to sign in the blank space below the "Department Head/Supervisor Signature" field. 

• 系所協助：表單經指導教師簽署後，再行送至系辦公室(網管人員)，由系所協助完成後續用印申請流程，請自行送計中。
  Departmental Processing: Once the advisor's signature is obtained, submit the form to the Department Office, Network manager. The department will then proceed with the official seal and final application process. Please submit the form to Computer Center by yourself.
