To all graduating students who need to publicize oral defense information on building glass doors within the campus:

Please refrain from posting notices directly on glass doors. We have currently (July 11, 2025) removed all oral defense notices that were pasted on glass doors. If you need to post information, please do so on the wall next to the main entrance, and kindly use tape that does not leave any residue!
