各位碩博士新生同學好:
電子所/光電所碩博士新生須於開學30天內完成指導教授申請，申請需經過兩系統:
Dear graduate program students,
Please complete the advisor application within 30 dasy as semester starts.
There will be two steps in Taiwan Tech system via using Taiwan Tech domain IP.

A.至本校學生資訊系統，填寫「研究生論文指導教授申請書」後印出，請指導教授簽名後，送交系辦葉小姐(繳交時須出示系統B有送出申請之畫面)。
若有共同指導教授，需同時印出共同指導教授申請書，並請指導教授及共同指導教授簽名後，連同指導教授同意書送交系辦葉小姐。
若系統無要申請之教授，請mail下列資訊至系辦葉小姐，由葉小姐請學校處理後才可申請。
A.
Login Student Information System, and fill out the advisor application, then print it out.
Find the advisor to sign up the application and submit to Miss Yeh in ECE office.
If you want to add external advisor who is not Taiwan tech faculty and you couldn't find the the name at the dropdown options, you have to sent the following information to Miss Yeh via email, acyeh@mail.ntust.edu.tw. After reviewing which will take couple work-days, the system will be updated with the new faculty information, and finish the application procedure.

2.老師中文姓名 Chinese Name：
3.老師英文姓名 English Name：
4.目前服務單位 Service Unit：
5.郵局(銀行)的帳號（包含銀行代碼及帳號）Post Office Account including Bank code：

B.至本系指導教授系統，http://140.118.202.30:81/login (限使用台科大校內IP進入)
點選欲選擇的指導教授，送出申請即可。
若系統無要申請之教授，請mail下列資訊至 ntusteceadvisor@gmail.com，由系統管理員處理後回覆已處理完成才可申請。
B.
Complete the A step, please login the DECE advisor system,  http://140.118.202.30:81/login, fill out the advisor, then submit it. If you couldn't find the advisor's name at the system, please send system manager with following information via email,  ntusteceadvisor@gmail.com.
As you receive the reply from the system manager, try to finish the application again.
