為確保校園網路安全並落實指導責任，即日起本系學生申請 VPN 連網服務之流程調整如下，請務必配合辦理：
To ensure campus network security and clarify supervisory responsibilities, the endorsement procedure for student VPN applications has been updated as follows:

• 申請規範：學生於填具「VPN連網至學校網絡申請表」時，請務必先取得專題老師或指導教授之核准。
  Requirement: When completing the "VPN Connection Request Form," students must first obtain approval from their Project Supervisor or Thesis Advisor.

• 簽署方式：請教授於申請表單中「主管簽章」下方的空白處先行簽名。
  Signing Procedure: Please ask your supervisor to sign in the blank space below the "Department Head/Supervisor Signature" field. 

• 系所協助：表單經指導教師簽署後，再行送至電資館4樓EE-404(廖先生)，由系所協助完成後續用印申請流程，請自行送計中。
  Departmental Processing: Once the advisor's signature is obtained, submit the form to the EE-404, Mr. Liao. The department will then proceed with the official seal. Please submit the form to Computer Center by yourself.
